become your authentic self

At McMillan Behavioral Health and Addiction Services, gaining your respect and trust is our first goal. We understand that no matter the issues you are currently navigating, we can work together to equip you with the necessary tools and skills to face and overcome these challenges together.

If you’re struggling with non-addiction issues, we want you to know that gaining your trust is also our first priority. We can help you learn the behavioral health skills necessary to improve your mood and your life overall!

We understand that each induvial client is unique in their own way, whether in gender identity, sexual orientation, member of an oppressed or marginalized group, or struggling with a stigmatizing mental health issue (depression anxiety, relationship issue, or an inability to not feel connected to yourself, your life or genuine happiness overall). We will work with you to gain more understanding of the root cause of your struggles heal past trauma, and begin helping you feel more in control of your emotions, your life and your happiness!

We understand how difficult and sometimes scary it can be to take that first step toward contacting us, whether about a mental health or an addiction issue, so we want you to know that we are here for you, to support you; and we are ready to help, when you are ready. Just let us know how we can start our journey, together.
