Owner and Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Mark McMillan is a seasoned local, state and national presenter. Mark is a trained facilitator in a variety of professional trainings and workshops, and has experience working with inclusion & microaggression issues from an LGBTQA+ perspective, oppressed specialty population, and minority stress & empowerment theory.

Among the wide variety of training topics, Mark species in trainings like, addiction issues, out-of-control behavior approach to treatment of addiction, diversity & inclusion from a privileged perspective, microaggressions and treatment issues, ethics in substance abuse treatment and oppressed and specialty populations, opening up relationships and other gender and sexual orientations issues.
